Stacy helps generate creative solutions for specific client requests, serving as a point-of-contact for all independent contractor inquiries, and efficiently managing field staff portion of the client's budget within set deadlines.

Experience & Background

Stacy has worked on IntelliShop's operations team for over 9 years starting with Quality Assurance and, for the last 8+ years, in the role of Field Staff Coordinator, collaborating with the client services team, quality assurance, and database of over 1.2M independent contractors to execute a variety of mystery shopping programs in fields including automotive industry, QSR and retail stores. Stacy feels blessed to have a history of challenging positions that have developed some versatile, solution-oriented skills, as well as a relationship style that fosters positive relationships with clients, vendors and associates within each organization. Learning to listen, think "outside the box", and encourage others in their unique abilities are the foundation of a great team, where everyone grows and benefits.
