Michelle Bostater

Role & Contributions

As the Senior Director of Global Client Development, Michelle is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing business opportunities to support new revenue growth. Michelle builds and maintains long-lasting professional relationships that directly contribute to the overall profitability and success of IntelliShop. In this role, Michelle led the sales team in 2019, surpassing her annual sales goal and co-sold the largest contract in IntelliShop’s history.

Experience & Background

Michelle has 19 years of experience and achievements in utilizing leadership and customer service expertise to increase productivity and profits. In 2004, Michelle started as a Client Services Manager and has designed, executed, and presented consumer research findings to some of IntelliShop’s largest clients. She has also acted as a team leader of 40+ employees. Michelle is currently the Senior Director of Global Client Development, focused on national client expansion. Michelle's prior experience is in the property management industry, having managed several properties in Toledo for Equity Residential. A graduate of the University of Toledo, Michelle lives in Perrysburg, Ohio, with her husband, daughter, and son. She is heavily involved with the Wood County Humane Society as a foster, member of the canine behavior team, and a former board member.
