Jordan connects our independent contractors with mystery shops, communicates the requirements, and answers their questions. She works to make sure client requirements are communicated as clearly as possible and follows up with shoppers to make sure we provided all the information our clients need.

Experience & Background

Jordan has 10 years of customer service experience in the food service and optical industries. During that time, she received many awards for customer service. She also created advertisements for a few companies in the Toledo, OH area both in optical and food service. She loves a good challenge!
