In the role of Manager of Office Operations, Craig is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office while helping our executives focus on our clients. In addition, he manages schedules, updates company calendars and coordinates team meetings. The office manager role is essential in conveying the importance of each of our clients by allowing our leadership team to give each one the attention they deserve and also to have the best experience possible when visiting our office.

Experience & Background

Craig comes to us after a decade working in the music business in Nashville, TN where he helped manage the careers of many country artists. As a Tour Manager, he gained tremendous experience in logistics and communication. When family drew him to Ohio, it is those skills that led him to Intellishop.
